ChatFusion 10 Dedicated Plus (Medicare Model)

The guidelines for Medicare in many states require that devices purchased with funds from this organization are "dedicated" devices.  Dedicated devices are devices that can only be used as communication devices, i.e. no other applications can be run on the devices.  The Dedicated Plus Chat Models meet the funding requirements of this organization.

The Chat Fusion is a unique communication device from Saltillo.  Chat Fusion is driven by our powerful Chat software, but there is so much more. 

Fusion offers a front and rear camera, extended battery life, and multiple access methods including Chat Point (optional headpointing).  Single or dual switch and advanced scanning features are incorporated into the device as well.  Additionally, a wheelchair mounting plate has been included for your convenience.

It also includes WIRELESS charging capabilities using a docking station, so even those with fine motor or vision issues can place the device on the charging base!

Chat Fusion comes with a 10" screen and weighs only 2.4 lbs. The capacitive touchscreen is accessible by finger touch or an included stylus.

The same vocabulary configurations that you have grown to know and love on the NOVA chat provides options for each individual that uses Chat Fusion. Thousands of SymbolStix™ symbols are included, and PCS™ symbols can be added.

Chat Fusion's dimensions are 10.31" x 6.88" x 1.13," which makes it easy to hold. A stand and handle are built into the design and a shoulder strap is available for hands-free transporting.

Dedicated Plus models come with a three year warranty.  The Dedicated Plus model for Chat Fusion 10 also includes a shoulder strap for hands-free transporting and a carrying case.
