I don't remember the password to exit Full Screen mode?

If you forget or don't have the password to exit Full Screen mode, follow these steps to get the Toolbar back and then remove the password;

1. Press and release the Tools button on the front of the unit.
2. Enter BOSCO when it prompts you to enter the password.
3. Press OK.
4. This should display the Toolbar at the bottom of the screen( if not then do a soft reset and repeat steps 1-3).
5. Tap Edit.
6. Tap Advanced Settings.
7. Tap the Full Screen tab.
8. Uncheck Password-protect Full Screen Mode.
9. Tap on OK in the upper right corner of the screen.
