Chat Software 2.31 Update includes:

- Text Menu is renamed Literacy Menu
- Renamed Pop-Up Speech to Button Message Pop Up and moved it from Input to Literacy Menu
- Re-worked Store Text to Button to better prevent buttons from being overwritten by the device user
- Color options have been added to Side Chat Window
- Removed Sign Language symbols from the PCS image library
