ChatBox 40 is Speaking but Text is Not Displaying

ChatBox 40-XT is speaking but no text is showing on the screen: There is an option in the ChatBox 40 to turn off the text messages.  To turn text messages on:

• Choose MENU (If after choosing MENU you don’t see anything on the screen call Saltillo Technical Support)
• Choose NEXT until you see User Feedback Options
• Choose SELECT, you should see “Text Messages – Current Settings:  On or Off”

            If they are Off:

• Choose SELECT
• Choose NEXT
• Choose MENU

            If they are On:

• Re-record the message and make sure you type text when asked.
