In DesktopChat SE click on File->Export.
Select Export to File and click on OK.
Click on your file and then click on Export.
It will open a dialog asking what to name the file and where to save it to(make sure to get rid of the asterisk so the extension is just .prt).
Click on Save
Close DesktopChat SE down.
Copy and paste the file to a USB drive.
Remove the USB drive from the computer.
Plug the USB drive into the second computer.
For a Windows XP computer, copy it to C:\Documents and Settings\*user*\Application Data\ Saltillo Corporation\DesktopChat SE\Import(If it is Windows Vista or Windows 7 copy it to C:\Users\*user*\AppData\Roaming\Saltillo Corporation\DesktopChat SE\Import). *user* is the current user you are logged in as.
Start DesktopChat SE on the second computer.
DesktopChat SE will see the file and start automatically importing after 30 seconds.
After it is finished importing, click on File->Vocab File->Load Vocab File and select the file and click on OK to load it into the window of DesktopChat SE.
