Updates to the NOVA Chat devices need to be ran in sequence.
If your device is running version 1.0.0 (This can be found by taping Menu->Help->About), you will need to do the Nova Chat 7 Software Update Version 1.0.0 to 1.1.0 first, then the NOVA chat 7 Software Update version 1.1.0-1.2.0.
If your device is running version 1.1.0 (This can be found by taping Menu->Help->About), You will only need to do the Nova Chat 7 Software Update version 1.1.0 to 1.2.0.
