To do a hard reset or full reset;

  1. Press and hold the I/O Power button on the front of the unit.
  2. The screen will start to flash off and on.
  3. After the screen flashes 3 times, release the I/O Power button.
  4. If it comes up to the Time and Date window tap on OK.
  5. The unit will boot back up and load in the ChatPC software.
