When Data Logging Privacy Password has been lost follow these steps
This process will remove any currently logged data to ensure the device users privacy.
- Update software to latest (Help>Check for Updates)
- Perform a User Backup to thumb drive (Application Settings>System>User Backup/Restore)
- Reset Data (Application Settings>System>User Backup/Restore)
- Perform a User Restore from thumb drive (Application Settings>System>User Backup/Restore)
- Set up a new password within Realize Language Menu (Application Settings>Data Logging)
