Windows 10 not seeing the NOVA chat 5.3
Windows is listing the NOVA chat 5.3 as an Unknown Device. If this is happening we need to choose MTP device (USB driver) from the Device Manager.
To do this:
- Open the Device Manager
- right click on Unknown Device
- choose Update Driver Software
- choose Browse my computer for driver software
- choose Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer
- double click Mobile Device
- double click MTP device (USB driver)
- follow on-screen instructions
