Why won’t DesktopChat SE install on my computer?

There could be a couple of reasons why DesktopChat SE won’t install;

1. You must have administrative rights on the computer to be able to install DesktopChat SE and the communication program to go with it(Microsoft ActiveSync if it is a Windows XP computer or Windows Mobile Device Center if it is a Windows Vista or Windows 7 computer). Check with your IT person to see if you have administrative rights.
2. A second reason it might not install is if it is a Windows Vista or Windows 7 computer and User Account Control is turned on. Turn off User Account Control in your control panel and then try installing the software.
