We are delighted to host our first in-person full-day Northeast AAC Summit in Saratoga Springs, New York. This informative day will highlight two keynote speakers. First, Amy Starble, M.S., CCC-SLP, will offer a presentation on routines-based assessment and intervention for AAC. In the afternoon, Sarah Gregory, M.S., CCC-SLP, will present on open-ended digital tools for AAC intervention. In addition, spend time connecting with your Northeast AAC consultants during a hands-on session with PRC-Saltillo devices, apps, vocabulary programs and access methods.
The day will conclude with a lively panel discussion, “Access to AAC: Band Aids, Patches and Work Arounds” where participants will be able to interact with fellow clinicians about AAC implementation, assessment, and coaching in the Northeast.

Guest Presenters:
Amy Starble, M.S., CCC-SLP, works at the University of Vermont at the Center on Disability and Community Inclusion. She is an AAC Consultant on the Vermont I-Team and I-Team Early Intervention Project. In her role she consults with school and early intervention teams across the state of Vermont working with young children with complex communication needs. She supports local SLPs to navigate the AAC process from exploration to trial to implementation, with children between the ages of 18 months to 6 years. She also provides trainings and coaching to SLPs, Early Childhood Special Educators and classroom teachers on how to support AAC use in inclusive classroom environments and how to embed AAC into daily routines.
