We are delighted to host our fall Northeast AAC Summit in Manhattan, NYC! This full-day, in-person event will focus on learning about AAC Implementation shared by colleagues, large and small group discussions, and time for hands-on exploration. This event will take place at the historic News Building, hosted by YAI.

- Integrated Reading, Spelling & Communication Instruction Without the Drill: Literacy Through Unity, Literacy Through LAMP, and More!: Learn from Gretchen Hanser, Christina Lompado, Tova Horowitz, and Taylor Lewis about integrated reading, spelling and communication instruction programs for students using Minspeak based devices.
- Equipping AAC users to discuss personal and body safety: Learn from Gemma White about providing a framework for a curriculum to teach body parts in context of safety education.
- Northeast AAC Town Hall: YOUR chance to collaborate with fellow SLPs and grow your AAC skills and awareness.
- AAC Hands-On Session: Chance to explore current AAC devices and options with your Northeast regional PRC-Saltillo consultants.
